I know all the lingo with the tickets can be confusing and trust me, I have add to ask a question a time or two in the past to be clear! Rest assured, I can answer this one for you.

With the Water Park Fun & More option, you have a certain number of admissions into the water parks based on your park tickets. For example, if you have a 4 day base ticket with the Water Park Fun & More option, you also have 4 admissions into the water parks or other places such as DisneyQuest or the ESPN Wide World of Sports complex. Now, while you can't park hop with a base ticket, you could actually go to a theme park and later in the day go to a water park or vice versa! This is not considered park hopping!
