I am going to a water park with my three year old, which one of the two parks is better for a child his age?

In comparing the two water parks, Maria, I would say that Blizzard Beach's Tike's Peak is more expansive and enjoyable for little ones than the comparable kids area at Typhoon Lagoon.  On the other hand, Typhoon Lagoon offers more sand for children to dig and play in.  I know that my son enjoys that part of our -water park trips as much as the water slides.  Does your three-year-old enjoy building sandcastles?  If it were me, I would base my decision on whether I thought my children would more enjoy water or sand play.  If water play is your conclusion, head for Blizzard Beach.  If playing in the sand will be a big part of his or her fun, Typhoon Lagoon is your spot. Have a great time!
