    Which water park is more suited to bring a 3 yr old and a 5 yr old? Typhoon Lagoon or Blizzard Beach?

    Sounds like you are busy planning the most magical vacation for your family. Both Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon are phenomenal! I recommend Typhoon Lagoon for your 3 and 5 year old children. Typhoon Lagoon offers 2 attractions that your kids will love. The first is Ketchakiddee Creek. This area is sort of a toddler waterpark all by itself. It has small, cushy waterslides and raft rides that the adventurous toddler will adore. It also has wading pools and bubbly fountains. This area has a shady area with picnic chairs and tables. Not to mention, there is ample space to build a sand castle. There is an area for children a little older that has water cannons and the sort. The cut off height is 48 inches, but it is not really enforced so some older kids will trickle in and out every now and then.

    The other attraction is the Surf Pool, where 6 foot waves hit about every minute or so. Okay, that may sound scary, but not when you are in ankle deep water, where you will find the toddler set with their buckets and shovels, jumping over the waves or just chillin out.

    Typhoon Lagoon is a little more shady,a little more scenic and a little more laid back than Blizzard Beach.  I think this will be a great outing for your little ones.
