    Water park and Disney transportation? I read somwhere that the buses from the resorts only run to the waterparks at opening and closing. Can you not ride the bus to the resort mid day from the WP? Also, how would I get to AK from Blizzard Beach? Thanks!

    Hi Brandy,

    All of the Walt Disney World Resorts buses make frequent trips from the resorts to the water parks, right from when they open until closing.  The only thing I want to mention is that all the buses are not express, which means that some bus routes may make a few stops before getting you to your Disney Resort destination.  My suggestion for Animal Kingdom would be to take the bus from the water park to your resort and then connect to the Animal Kingdom.  I hope this helps....and yes! the bus transportation system in Walt Disney World is very complex and will take some getting used to!
