Hey Michelle! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so happy to hear from you, and I think your question about the Water Park Perk for 2025 Resort Guests is fantastic! I'm actually super excited about it too, and I've already booked my trip next year to make sure I can take advantage of this amazing benefit.
As you already know, Disney Resort hotel guests arriving in 2025 get to enjoy admission to one of the water parks,
Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, or
Disney's Blizzard Beach Water Park on their check-in day. And let me tell you, they are so much fun! Whether you like big thrills, lazy rivers, or wave pools, there's something for everyone, including interactive play areas for younger kids and even water slides the whole family can enjoy together.
Now, the
Disney transportation system is always changing, so let me fill you in on how to get to the water parks. Currently, guests staying at Disney's All-Star Resort hotels and Disney's Coronado Springs Resort can take direct bus transportation to and from Disney's Blizzard Beach. If you're staying at other Resorts, you can take the bus to Disney's Animal Kingdom and then transfer onto the bus for Disney's Blizzard Beach. To get to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon from the Resorts, you need to take the bus to the Disney Springs area and then transfer.
It's important to know that bus service between Disney Resort hotels and Disney Springs is available during
Disney Springs operating hours, and bus service between Disney Resort hotels and Disney theme parks begins 45 minutes prior to opening and ends one hour after closing. The bus service from Disney's Animal Kingdom to Disney's Blizzard Beach begins approximately 30 minutes prior to water park opening and ends approximately 60 minutes after water park closing. The bus service from Disney Springs to Disney's Typhoon Lagoon begins approximately 45 minutes prior to the water park opening and ends approximately 60 minutes after the water park closing.
And guess what? I have a bonus tip for you! You can learn the best and fastest way to get anywhere on the
My Disney Experience app by tapping "Get Directions" when you search for any location. The app will do the hard work for you and suggest the most direct route, which may involve a combination of bus, monorail, boat, or walking.
Michelle, I hope this information was helpful, and I'm always here to
answer any more questions you have. It's a delight to help out a friend like you.
Cheers
Nilson
