Are there water fountains throughout the resorts if I bring my water bottles?

Hi Dawn! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for allowing us the chance to assist with your vacation planning.

As the Florida sun can be rather intense for much of the year, especially for us northerners not accustomed to such tropical climates, it is important to stay cool and hydrated for optimal park touring.

You will be happy to know that there are a number of water fountains located throughout Walt Disney World Resort, including the four theme parks. Many are conveniently located adjacent to restrooms facilities throughout the parks. My personal practice with my children is to remind them to drink up each and every time we use the restroom. This simple practice can often make a great difference in our whole family's overall enjoyment of the parks.

Another tip I like to pass along to friends and family touring the parks is that ice cold water is available for free at any Quick Service Restaurant. Just remember that if you are bringing water bottles into the parks, glass containers are prohibited.

I hope this information is of assistance. Should you have any further questions, we would love to hEAR from you!
