Hi Denise! This is a great question! I love how detailed you are with your planning!
While there are a few exceptions, in general, each attraction has a bin or net in your seating area where you can stow items while on the attraction. While enjoying
Astro Orbiter at
Magic Kingdom Park, you may need to place your water bottle on the platform next to your spaceship.
Kali River Rapids at
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park provides complimentary lockers where your items may be stowed temporarily while you enjoy the attraction.
I'm so glad you are thinking about water bottles! It's so important to stay hydrated! The
Walt Disney World Resort Property Rules are pretty simple and basic regarding water bottles. Prohibited items include glass bottles and alcohol. While loose ice is not permitted in coolers, it is allowed in your water bottle, which is great, as it will help keep your water cold and refreshing.
While a bit heavier than plastic bottles, I prefer the metal double-wall insulated water bottles as they keep my ice water nice and cold. (As a bonus, they are better for the environment!) I refill my bottle as needed throughout the day. Complimentary ice water is available throughout the theme parks at
Quick Service dining locations.
I hope this helps you with your planning. Thanks so much for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Please let me know if you need any other information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
