    Hello, I was watching a Youtube video yesterday of a family that visited WDW and when they went to their room at Art of Animation there was a message on the phone with Mickey's voice saying to enjoy your trip etc. How would I set something like that up?

    Howdy Melanie!

    I am thrilled to hear you will be visiting this April! You are going to love all of the wonderful things there are to do during springtime at the Walt Disney World Resort.  The Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival should be in full bloom by then and you'll definitely want to check out all that it has to offer.  This short video will give you just a glimpse of what you can expect! 

    When we visited this past September, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a phone message from Mickey & Minnie congratulating us on our anniversary.  It was such a fun and warm welcome and it definitely started our magical vacation off perfectly.  I have heard people receive similar messages for first time visits or birthdays, so I would simply suggest calling the Reservation Cast Members at (407) 939-5277 and request they make note of your special celebration on your reservation.  Although there is no guarantee a message will be waiting for you, I'm sure if one of the Disney characters has time, they will leave you well wishes.  Another fun experience is to request a wake-up call.  These too are usually from some of our favorite Disney pals and are a very magical way to rise and shine.
