Hi moms, after watching the planning DVD my daughter really wants a waffle cone from the Boardwalk. I was hoping that you could use a dining plan snack for one, but I can’t find any info about where to get one and if you can use the dining plan.

    Hello, Kelli!

I can completely understand why your daughter would love to try a waffle cone from Disney's BoardWalk...the smell alone is delectable!

When I was at Disney's Beach Club Resort just last week, I spied the menus posted at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop; one of them had very clearly marked which items are available as a snack on the Dining Plan, including both a single and a double waffle cone! (Yum!) As of last week, the posted cash cost of the double scoop waffle cone was $4.89, so this is a very wise use of your snack credit, as opposed to something far less expensive. Good choice!

Should you want some additional unofficial information on best use of snacks, send me additional questions. I'd love to help you find what you're looking for while maximizing the use of your Dining Plan!
