    I am watching my husband run the 1/2 marathon this coming January and we usually stay at the Yacht Club when he runs the full marathon so I can watch him pass. Where can I stay so I can do this during the 1/2 in 2014?

    Hi Debra!

    The half marathon course is a little more challenging for that since it doesn't run right in front of a resort. 

    You could stay at the Polynesian or Grand Floridian, as the race goes close to those resorts and some people like to stand in the grass near those to watch the runners go by.

    My favorite viewing area during the half marathon is inside of Magic Kingdom.  Spectators can line up along Main Street USA to cheer on their runners and won't even need a theme park ticket.  They will just have all the spectators exit the park before normal park hours begin.
