When I am watching the Disney channel with my son, I will see a Disney 365 and it will have a special appearance (i.e Jonas Brothers, Selena, Friends for Change). How do I find out about these special appearances at WDW? I would luv to plan a trip for then

    Hi Robyn,

It's been my experience that Disney doesn't usually publicize these special appearances.  So many guests come through the parks each day.  When a celebrity comes through for a publicity appearance, they usually have a select group to visit.  If every guest knew when these appearances were going to occur, the crowds would most likely be to high for other guests to enjoy their experience.

I was in Epcot last year when one of the Jonas Brothers made an appearance.  It was in a section of the park that was closed off to regular guests and only a select group of people were able to see him.  Even then, word of his being in the park spread like crazy.

    Hope this helps.

After spending 25 years in RI, my husband and I relocated to GA with our youngest, who is now in high school. I took my first trip to Walt Disney World when I was 11 and I have traveled many times since then with all different party sizes. From creating our first itinerary as a honeymooner to later creating magical experiences for our multigenerational family gatherings, every aspect of planning a vacation has been pure joy to me.  Learn More About Diane
