    I am watching the Christmas Day Parade and saw that this is prerecorded. Is there actually a parade and performers at MK on Christmas Day? How could I make sure we could experience this next year and is it extra or would you just use your key to the world

    Hi Shannon!

    The taping of the Disney Parks Christmas Day parade usually takes place in the Magic Kingdom during the first weekend in December; historically, taping in Disneyland is even earlier than that.  I don't know what will happen in 2012, but I expect it to be similar to years past.  On Christmas Day itself, there is a parade, standard Disney shows, and fireworks.

    I should tell you that the filming of the parade takes a very long time as Disney will "re-do" parts of the parade to get everything perfect.  However, a lot of guests do enjoy being there for it.
