Blue Bayou Restaurant! This Creole girl has loved that dining location since she was a tiny Mouseketeer. It's all about that tranquil elegance, those cozy flickering firefly-like lights, the soothing scent of water while those
Pirates of the Caribbean boats drift by, and of course, the mouthwatering flavors of the Big Easy
gracing your plate.
Since this restaurant is indoors (although it tricks you into feeling like you're by a romantically murky bayou, thanks to some Imagineering magic), you won't catch the
nighttime spectaculars from there. But here's the good news, Keala: if you dine at Blue Bayou, you'll be very close to the Rivers of America. One of my favorite pro tips is to watch nighttime spectaculars from there for a quieter, less crowded view.
