Can I watch a movie at a resort that I am not staying at? I would like to take my daughter to see an outside movie at Poly or Yacht Club one night. Also, is there a list of the movies and times? Thanks so much!

    Hi Stephanie!

I love that Disney resorts have added the movies under the stars over the years. It is a great way to entertain the children and adults who do not want to have to pay for more during their Walt Disney World vacations. It is a great way to unwind after a likely hectic and fast paced day in the parks.

Resorts at this time do not check ID's like the resort pools do. You can enjoy a movie at any location. This could change in the future but right now people are free to come and go at the resorts. You would be welcome to visit the Yacht Club Resort and the Polynesian Resort. Locations of the movies are generally on a grassy area but you can check at the front desk of each resort.

Disney resorts do not publish the movie schedule as it can change but to find out what is playing for the Movies Under the Stars on a specific date feel free to check with your resort front desk or call 407-939-2273. They will be able to tell you what is happening on any specific night during your stay.

    Enjoy!
