How can I watch Happily Ever After and Once Upon a Time at Magic Kingdom without fighting the crowds for space on the streets?

    Hi Nicole,
Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question!

I'm so glad you're planning nice and early for your Walt Disney World Resort vacation this spring! You will have a magical time with just a little extra investment on your part.  I do love watching the fireworks at Magic Kingdom Park.  Happily Ever After and Once Upon A Time are a moving end to what I hope will be a perfect day for you.

If you have time to spare and don't mind waiting, you can grab tables at Casey's Corner or Plaza Ice Cream Parlor and sit for a few hours prior to the show.  The view is amazing but it may be a bit crowded.  However, these seats are free, so that's a bonus.

To find the perfect seat for Happily Ever After, I highly suggest the Magic Kingdom After-Fireworks Dessert Party which will let you have an incredible view of this show, plus some truly amazing treats to enjoy afterwards.  The only downside to this is that seating for Once Upon A Time is not guaranteed, so additional planning may be needed for that show.

Please note that FastPass+ is not available for fireworks viewing at Magic Kingdom Park.

Nicole, I hope this helps you find the practically perfect fireworks viewing spot. Please come back and visit us again with any additional questions.

    Best Wishes,
    Amy S.
