Hi Hollie! Welcome to planDisney!
Hot Diggity Dog! Only a few weeks away until your Walt Disney World holiday begins!
Disney's All-Star Movies Resort is a fantastic place to stay during your trip and provides so many amazing benefits to take advantage of during your stay!
Complimentary Disney Transportation, Early Theme Park Entry, and early access to Advanced Dining Reservations are just to name a few.
One of my family's favorite things to do when not visiting the parks is to check out the other Disney Resorts Hotels.
Disney's Polynesian Village Resort is always at the top of the list of resorts to visit. There are wonderful dining locations and unique offerings at the merchandise locations onsite.
Watching the fireworks from the beachfront at the Polynesian Village Resort is such a special experience. If you time your visit just right, you'll be able to travel there from All-Star Movies to watch the nighttime spectacular. You'll need to get creative with your travel plans since there is no direct transportation from resort to resort. I recommend taking the bus to the Magic Kingdom and then hopping on the
monorail to the Polynesian.
To catch Minnie’s Wonderful Christmastime Fireworks Show, which is displayed during
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party on select nights, you'll need to head over to the resort at a later time. This show typically will not take place until about 10 PM on these nights. If you were just planning to catch Disney Enchantment on a regular park night, then the showtime will be a bit earlier in the night. I suggest making an Advanced Dining Reservation to either Kona Café or 'Ohana before you plan to watch the show from the resort. Each dining location is absolutely delicious and worth the trip over alone!
Hollie, I hope you have a magical time during your visit!
See ya real soon!
