    Is the washing machine in a 2br villa at old key west HE?

    Hi Julie! Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel. You're going to love the relaxed and tranquil atmosphere of Disney's Old Key West Resort. 

    You're 2-bedroom villa comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home so you can cook a complete meal and do laundry when you need to...it's PERFECT! The washer and dryer in your villa will be a stacked top load combo. Currently they are not the high efficiency (HE) models, and use regular detergent with a sample box of ALL provided. With a big family I always have laundry to do so I usually bring along the gel packs because they're easy to travel with. You can also request additional single boxes if needed from housekeeping.

    Disney's Old Key West Resort is one of my favorite places to stay especially during the spring and summer...the Sandcastle pool is iconic. When you want to take a break from the theme parks be sure to enjoy the fun boat ride to Downtown Disney, it's just a short trip from the resort.
