Hi, I was wanting to verify that I have reservations for the dates that I bought my tickets. My tickets say one thing and the reservation says another.

    Hi Sherri,

Thanks for dropping by planDisney, and thanks for your question.

I can imagine you're getting excited to experience all the magic that awaits you when you visit the Disneyland Resort!

It's great to hear that you purchased your theme park tickets and made your theme park reservations. The best place to see your theme park reservations is to sign in to your Disney account and go to your "My Theme Park Reservations" page. You should be able to view all the theme park reservations you made and their details, including the date of the reservation, the theme park you selected as your starting park, and the name of the Guest on the reservation.

Sherri, you mention that your tickets show some different information than what you're expecting to see. You might want to give a call to the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636 if you feel you need some additional help. The Cast Members can assist you and provide more information about the tickets you purchased. You can also reach out to the Disneyland Resort Cast Members through the "Chat with Us" feature in the Disneyland Resort mobile app.

It's always fun to stay up to date with all that's new and exciting at the Disneyland Resort by following the Disney Parks Blog, so be sure to check it out.

Here's wishing you lots of Disney magic in your day today, Sherri!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
