Howdy Meagan!
Welcome to
planDisney! The merry, merry month of May is a beautiful time to visit the
Walt Disney World Resort! Thank you for sharing your question with us! Oh, boy, let’s get started!
When you go to the Walt Disney World website and click into the section on
tickets, you will first choose the number of theme park days. After choosing the number of theme park days, you can add the “Park Hopper Option” to your ticket. After you add this option to your ticket, you will need to designate the dates you will use those tickets. You need to decide on your dates because you need to make a
Disney Park Pass Reservation for each day of your ticket and which theme park you will be visiting. To “
park hop,” you must go to the theme park that you have a Disney Park Pass Reservation for first, then you will be able to park hop at the designated time. I have placed a link in the above text “park hop” to get more detailed information on park hopping. Once you choose the number of days and the park hopper option and choose the number of tickets, you will see your balance and your ticket's details. The details should reflect everything you need, and you will see “With Park Hopper Option” added to your ticket! I have placed several links in the above text to have easy access to information that will help you make your decisions as you purchase your Walt Disney World Resort Tickets.
I would also recommend checking the
Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar before purchasing your tickets. I just took a look at May, and at this time, everything is open for all guests. Once you decide on your dates and purchase your tickets, I recommend booking your Disney Park Pass Reservations. Reservation can book quickly! The
Advanced Disney Dining Reservation window opens up 60-days before check-in! Several dining experience book up quickly also so, I would take a look at all the dining options to be ready to make your reservations as soon as possible!

See Ya Real Soon,
