Hi we are wanting to stay at Saratoga Springs next May for 2 weeks in a 2 bedroom villa. We are within the 330 days but it’s just not becoming available. Would you be able to advise why?

    Hi Nicola,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am delighted that you are considering Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.

When we took our girls on their first trip to the Walt Disney World Resort, we stayed in a two-bedroom villa at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa. It was a perfect trip in every way, so that resort has special memories for us. When I have checked on pricing for this resort recently, I have discovered that rooms have not shown as available until closer to the dates of our visit. There could be a variety of reasons. It could also just be unavailable for a particular Special Offer. If you have not done so already, call Walt Disney World Resort to speak to a cast member. Although that room type could actually be unavailable, in my experience, suites have opened up via the online reservation system six months in advance so I suggest that you keep checking!

In the meantime, if you want to make a reservation, you could try reserving another two-bedroom suite or villa at another resort, then change your reservation if something comes available at Disney's Saratoga Springs & Spa. Just pay attention to the Walt Disney World Terms and Conditions as well as any change fees that you may incur if booking through an outside vendor.

Nicola, we adore Disney's Contemporary Resort. It also has two-bedroom suites and has access to the Resort Monorail. I trust you will find the best option for your family!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
