I am wanting to make a reservation (the stay won't be until June of 2019, so planning way ahead) for at least 10 people, but it could be as many as 22. Is there an easy way to do this through Disney reservations?

    Hi Stephen,

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I am in the process of planning a trip for 27 people, so I understand your dilemma.

If you are planning an event and will need 10 rooms or more, I suggest you call Group Sales at 407-828-3200. A cast member can help you plan special activities for the event and obtain group pricing information. If you need less than 10 rooms, you can make those reservations online room by room or call 407-939-5277. Prior to making reservations online or calling, create a rooming list so that you know who to list on each reservation and have a payment method ready for each room. Be aware that you can make room-only reservations up to 499 days in advance but you will need to call to make those reservations. Keep checking the online reservation system to see when 2019 packages are released. In years past, I have booked vacation packages in late summer for the upcoming year. Also, check the Special Offers to see discounts as they are released.

The group trip I am currently planning is for a conference, so the conference organizers had already established the event through the Group Sales Office. I just had to call 407-939-1942 and inquire about the conference group rate and availability for the number of rooms we needed. As I have recently worked with the group reservation office, I have been impressed with the service. Cast members have been very helpful!

Stephen, I am sending pixie dust your way as you plan!

Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
