Great question, by the way, Rachel. There are select ornaments you can personalize directly through the
Disney Store, but what about all of the other options? While you can personalize ornaments at
Disney’s Days of Christmas over at Disney Springs, unfortunately, at this time, in order to have an ornament personalized at the store, you must have purchased it at Walt Disney World Resort. In my experience, all items must be brand new and unused, have the original tags attached, and include a receipt verifying that you purchased them on the same day you plan to personalize them.
I know this might not be the news you were hoping for, Rachel, but I hope it is helpful. I’ve been seeing some incredible ornaments throughout the theme parks lately, so hopefully the one you added to your cart on the Disney Store is also available there. If you can’t find it immediately, ask a Cast Member. They can usually let you know whether the ornament is elsewhere at the Walt Disney World Resort and even point you in the right direction. They have saved me from aimlessly searching for some of my must-purchase items many times. If there is anything else you need, please come back and see us.
