I am wanting to do pre arrival registration for DAS for my daughter using the live chat. How do I do this. Is there a specific number to call.

Hiya Mark - welcome to planDisney!

I'm so glad you stopped by with your question, and I'm excited to hEAR that you have an upcoming holiday planned for October! You're going to get to experience all that the Walt Disney World 50th Anniversary Celebration has to offer - exciting new attractions, amazing entertainment, delicious food, and so much more!

Currently, online pre-registration for the Disability Access Service (DAS) is only available for Guests located in the United States. If you will be in the U.S. at least two days prior to your visit to Walt Disney World, you may want to take the time to pre-register. This is a very popular option, so I recommend joining the queue bright and early at 7 a.m. Eastern Time.

If that's not possible, don't fret! You can easily discuss registering for DAS on the first day you visit any of the four magical Theme Parks instead! Simply visit a Guest Relations location within any park to discuss your options with a Cast Member. If eligible, they can help you understand how to use DAS within the My Disney Experience Mobile App!

I hope this information is helpful as you continue planning for your upcoming holiday - let me know if I can help answer any other questions!
