We are wanting to plan our Honeymoon to Disney in Orlando, we are wanting to try and get the best deal we can since we have never been before. We would want to stay for a week in a hotel but only visit the park for 3 days. Any help would be appreciated!

    Hey there, Raeley!

Thanks for coming to see us at planDisney!

Congratulations on your upcoming honeymoon celebration! I think it's very cool and so very special that you want to begin celebrating together at The Most Magical Place on Earth. I'm certain that Mickey and Minnie will be delighted to know there's another famous couple enjoying all the magic at Walt Disney World Resort!

My best suggestion to help you with your planning is for you to check out the Special Offers, Deals & Discounts that are available. You will likely find a special offer that's a fine fit for your honeymoon celebration. For example, the Spring Into Magic! offer features a savings of up to 30% on rooms at select Walt Disney World Resort hotels. You can book this offer online, or you can call the Walt Disney Travel Company to book the vacation offer by phone by calling (407) 939-1823.

When you book a vacation package, you can select the number of days for which you want to purchase theme park tickets, so your plan to stay and play for a week and visit the theme parks for three of those days could work wonderfully.

I also suggest checking out the Tickets & Visit Guide for helpful information prepared specifically for first-time visitors. There's so much to see, do, and enjoy in a Walt Disney World Resort vacation.

To help you celebrate your honeymoon, you might want to look into the Capture Your Moment - A Disney Parks Photo Experience, part of the Enchanting Extra Collection, at Magic Kingdom Park. What a beautiful way to capture the special time you're both celebrating!

One additional tip I'll share, Raeley, is to be sure and book your theme park reservations using the Disney Park Pass system after you purchase your theme park tickets.

Raeley, I hope this gives you some helpful information and ideas as you plan your pixie-dusted honeymoon. If you have more questions as you make your plans, please feel free to ask us here at planDisney. We're here for you and happy to help.

Congratulations, and enjoy all the Disney magic on your honeymoon vacation!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
