Hello Moms, we are wanting to take the monorail into Epcot arriving before park opening. Is this possible and what is the best way to go about it, staying at AOA. Thanks for your time.

Hello Carmen.  Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

Art of Animation is not a resort that the monorail stops at.  If you want a direct route to Epcot, I'd hop on the bus at your resort designated that way.  The buses are pretty timely and fun to ride on.  My daughter always thinks of it as the first ride of the day.  If you have your heart set on a monorail ride, I would suggest taking the bus to Epcot and then hopping on the monorail for a ride once you arrive there. That particular line will go from Epcot to the Transportation and Ticket Center and then back to Epcot again. However, if that doesn't work for you this is how you would go from Art of Animation to Epcot using the monorail.  First, you'd need to take a Disney bus to Magic Kingdom.  Hop off and head to the monorail. Board the line that heads straight to the Transportation and Ticket Center.  Once there, you'll need to switch lines to the one that heads for Epcot and hop off once you've arrived!

Whichever you choose, I'm sure you'll have fun!  I hope this helps.  If you have any other questions, please feel free to come back and ask.

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
