Hi moms, I am wanting to know how to figure out if it is worth going from the Premium to the Platinum is worth it. We are coming for 3 wks in July 2016. So not only is it the high season but also the most expensive pkgs. Thank you

    Hi Teresa!
Wow! A three week Walt Disney World vacation would be a dream come true! I am a BIG fan of the Disney Dining Plans. They really help me set a budget and plan for our dining needs while at the Resort.  The Platinum Dining Plan is certainly the pinnacle of inclusive Disney vacation perks. This ultimate package includes a huge array of entertainment options including tours, Cirque Du Soleil admission, horseback riding and much much more.  If someone was to give me this package, I would certainly be thrilled to take it! And, with three weeks at the Resort, it would be great to be able to do whatever we wanted without thinking about a budget. However, as you pointed out, it is not inexpensive. So, is it worth it? If your budget allows, I would say yes! However, if you are trying to stick to a budget you may want to spend some time listing out what you actually really want to experienced and pricing it out with each component separately to determine if you will be able to get your money's worth with the Platinum Plan.  Good luck with this difficult decision.

    See ya real soon!
