We are wanting to come in June 2024 our son is Autistic. We would like to get a Disneyland resort hotel for 5 days. Hopper pass too. I would like to pay out of each check. Where do I start?

Hi Valerie! Thanks for dropping by planDisney.

I'd be happy to help you with the beginning stages of your planning for this exciting trip you're dreaming of at Disneyland Resort. Just be aware that dates for 2024 haven't yet opened up, but I'm hoping those will become available very soon. Typically, the next year's reservations open up at the end of the summer. Check back soon!

First off, if you're combining your stay with Park Hopper admission tickets, you should look into a Disneyland Resort Hotel Package, which offers increased value to you, the Guest, and will allow you to make payments on your own schedule in whatever amount you prefer. It's great for budgeting. If it works for you to make a payment each time you are paid at work, you can handle it that way! As a guest of the onsite hotels, you'll also have access to Early Entry when the parks are less crowded and you can experience select attractions with less of a wait.

If you'd like assistance booking your Vacation Package, you can always give the helpful Cast Members a call on the dedicated Vacation Packages phone line. They're ready to walk you through booking your hotel and making your down payment. My favorite is Disneyland Hotel, but you can't go wrong with any of the onsite hotels.

You might also consider chatting with a Cast Member at Disability Services, who can discuss your needs as a family and offer advice. Disneyland Resort is dedicated to inclusivity and accommodating all of its Guests. To that end, the parks offer DAS, which might be a useful service for your family. There is also additional information available for Guests with Cognitive Disabilities, which can be incredibly helpful as you plan how best to navigate this magical experience.

As your vacation approaches, please feel free to come back with additional questions you might have. We love to help!
