wanting information for June 2023 and making payments if possible

Hey Howdy Hey Brenda and welcome to planDisney!

All of us here at planDisney are absolute fanatics about planning our Disney trips and I love that you are thinking this far in advance! The process of finding just the right Disney Resorts Collection hotel to choose and the right days to be in the Theme Parks is so fun, yet just the start of planning! I hope you have enjoyed doing your research and looking at all the resort amenities and theming each has to offer, it can be a tough choice sometimes picking just one. Thinking this far out with your planning, you should be aware of two general time frames to keep in mind that might help decide when and how to book your trip.

The first part is availability. Disney will usually allow you to book your hotel resort room-only selection 499 days in advance. To do this, you would have to call Disney at (407) 936-1936 and speak to a Cast Member about booking your hotel accommodations. These will require a down payment equal to your first-night stay plus tax. The final amount will be due at check-in on the day of your reservation. If you wanted to book the full package, resort and tickets, you might have to wait a bit longer.

You would be able to book your vacation package when Disney releases them for the following year in the early summer months, usually around May or June. These will be available for you to book either online or by calling the number above. These require a $200.00 deposit with the full payment due 30 days before your date of arrival.

When making payments on your vacation, this can be done only if you book a vacation package and you can do this on your My Disney Experience account. When you log onto your account, go under the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section. On the far right, you should see an option to make a payment. Follow the prompts and you are all set! You will see your updated total as well as should receive an email confirmation for your transaction.  You can continue making payments up until your final payment due date 30 days before your arrival date.

One thing I always encourage everyone booking their trips this far in advance to do is to watch out for any Special Offers that Disney may release. If you see that one of these offers applies to your trip, you can log onto your My Disney Experience account and under the "My Plans, Reservations and Tickets" section, you should see a link on the far right to "Change My Reservation". Click on this and you should be able to follow the prompts to see if the offer will apply to your reservation as well as the steps to rebook at the newly discounted price! You also have the option to call Disney at the number above and have a Cast Member help you through this process as well.

Good luck with your continued planning for your trip next year. If you have any further questions let us know, we love talking about all things Disney!

    Happy planning,
