Hello David! I have some good news for you. You do not have to have the Fantasmic! dining plan in order to see the show. You just need to head on over to Sunset Boulevard, inside of Disney's Hollywood Studios, and enter the theatre. Seating begins 90 minutes prior to the show's start time. I strongly advise getting there as early as possible in order to ensure, one, a great seat and two, that you do not get stopped at the entrance because the theatre has hit capacity. This is a very popular show and fills up very fast. So, I would keep the "90 minutes" in mind.
