    Wanting to make dinner reservations for California grill for the first week of April 2019 Can you tell me when the fireworks would be goin off so that we catch them while eating dinner ?

    Hi Michelle, 

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for asking us a question about my favourite Walt Disney World Resort restaurant, California Grill!

    Because the Park Hours for April 2019 haven’t been released yet for Magic Kingdom Park (or for any Walt Disney World Resort Theme Park, for that matter), it’s hard for me to say when Happily Ever After is likely to take place that night. It’s a good bet that it will be between 8:00 pm and 9:30 pm, so I would recommend trying to get a reservation at around 7:00 pm.

    That being said, even if your dining reservation isn’t perfectly timed with the fireworks, you’ll always be able to return to the California Grill’s observation deck in order to catch the show, even if you’ve already finished your dinner. And, if your reservation is after the fireworks, you can still head to the observation deck to catch the show and then wait for your reservation in the California Grill Lounge.
