Hello, i am wanting to buy a 3 day pass and i know you are only allowed to reserve so many days in advance. Am I able to buy tickets now and change the dates later on?

Hey there, hi there, Hailee! Welcome to planDisney. We are so glad you've stopped by with your ticket question.

That's great to hear you are already thinking and planning in advance for a multiday experience at Disneyland Resort. You are correct. Currently, you can make theme park ticket reservations up to 120 days in advance. If you want to purchase tickets now through the Disneyland website or Disneyland app, you will have to make your date and park selections for the ticket and that will secure your theme park ticket reservations for you. You can cancel and rebook your theme park ticket reservations as often as you need through the validity of the ticket until you find the dates that work for you.

I find it easiest to cancel and rebook reservations through the Disneyland app. Just tap on the three horizontal lines at the bottom right of the screen and then tap "Future Plans". Click on any reservation and it will bring you to a page where you can cancel the reservation. The app is going to be your best pal in the parks too! The map will show you wait times for attractions. You can change the theme to dining and see the menu for each location. My favorite feature in the app is mobile ordering, so I can spend less time in the food lines and more time on attractions.

Hailee, thanks again for stopping by. Be sure to visit us again with any other planning questions you have along the way.

Well hello there, friend! I'm Carrie, a work-from-home mom and military wife who currently calls sunny San Diego home. You'll find my family in the parks braving drops and coasters to work up our appetite to take as many snack breaks as we can. While Disneyland is our home away from home, we love trying to make a Walt Disney World Resort vacation happen at least once a year now too. All my friends know I'm the go-to for Disney advice, so I'm here to help you plan and experience the magic on your visit! Learn More About Carrie
