I am wanting to book a trip to Disney in the fall. I was wondering what time in the fall might be less busy, and if you had a cheaper time to visit he parks. Thanks for your help!

Hey there Amber and welcome to planDisney!

Fall is my absolute favorite time of year to visit the Walt Disney World Resort! An iced pumpkin spice latte from Main Street Bakery and Mickey pumpkins in Magic Kingdom Park is heaven for me. And goodness knows the EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival will keep me visiting in the fall for years to come. The fall sweet spot for me is in September. I always wait until schools pretty much everywhere are open and the Labor Day crowds have all gone home. Although this year with the 50th Anniversary Celebration still in full swing, anything could happen. In the past, there have been some pretty sweet Special Offers, Deals & Discounts around that time of year too. Keep an eye out for the release of those deals. A few extra savings in the bank is just the brand of pixie dust we all need in our lives.

Pro-tip: If you go ahead and book that vacation package now and a discount is released that works with your trip, you can add it later! Just call 407-939-5277 to speak with Cast Members for a little fairy godmother style help. I had a Cast Member once that was so thorough, she actually saved me about $100!

Amber, come back and see me with any further questions. I'll walk you through just how graceful a fall at Walt Disney World can be!

    Happy planning!
