    We are wanting to book our holiday for next Aug, using RCI, it is our first time planning.The resort that has been recommended is THe Holiday Inn Orange Lake - West Villiage. Is this close enough to WDW and a good resort? Are there any RCI resorts in WD

    Hello there Fiona! 

    While I have never stayed at the Orange Lake resort, I do know that it is just outside of the Walt Disney World property. In fact, the resort is just to the west of Animal Kingdom Lodge. For a really good bit of advice, I would check with the reviews found on the Tripadvisor website. I have read that the newer buildings and facilities are nice.

    As far as RCI resorts, it's my understanding that the Disney Vacation Club is part of RCI so you may be able to trade into one of the DVC resorts. Here is a link to the various resorts found inside Walt Disney World.
