Welcome, Tamico!
There’s nothing like a
Disney Cruise Line vacation and I’m excited to hear you want to plan one for your family soon. Your family will love the impeccable service, incredible food, gorgeous ports of call, and amazing onboard entertainment and activities. You’re smart to think ahead of possibilities and protect your investment, so let’s review the policies and processes for any partial or full cancellations.
Once you book your Disney Cruise, you will receive a
Disney Cruise Line Contract – good news though, you can review the fine print and important details of this document on the Disney Cruise Line website before making your reservation. The cancellation details will be listed about halfway down that page; please know the schedule will vary based on many factors of your specific itinerary.
You can
modify many details of your reservation online once made, including the travel party, and if it falls within the cancellation policies you'll see the total cruise price adjust accordingly. If you’re ever unsure, please
reach out to Disney Cruise Line via phone and a friendly crew member will clarify the details of your exact situation prior to making any changes with you.
I like the peace of mind that comes with protecting my investment through travel insurance. This is a personal decision based on many factors, but please know that you can add the
Disney Cruise Line Vacation Protection Plan to your reservation or purchase travel insurance from an outside company to apply to your upcoming vacation.
I hope all your plans fall into place and there is no disruption to the four of you experiencing this incredible vacation together, Tamico! I hope this information was helpful in clarifying what options are available to you, should anything change.
Please come back and “sea” us for more cruise advice anytime!
