Wanting to book a Character Meal for our trip with 2.5yo twins. Are you only able to Character Dine in the parks or resorts that you already have access to? ie., be a guest at a hotel if the character dine is there or paid pass for MK for the castle etc.?

Hi Sarah!  If you are dining at any restaurant in a park, regardless if it's a character meal or not, park admission is required.  If your dining reservation is at a resort, you do not have to be a guest staying at that resort.  Dining at the various resorts is a great way to check out the resorts for future vacations!
