Hi. Just wanting to ask, we will be flying into Orlando in the late afternoon. We are doing the Disney dining plan. Do we have to get the dining plan for the first day- b/c it will be so late when we arrive. Trying to save money in certain places. Ty!

    Hi Sara:

Thanks for sending your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.  Your Disney Dining Plan entitlements are based on the number of nights you are staying at Walt Disney World Resort.  So if you are staying for six nights, you will have 6 Table Service, Six Quick Service and 6 Snack entitlements per person.  With that number, you are free to use your entitlements whenever you would like.  Your entitlements will expire at midnight of the day of your check-out.  To answer your question, your first night will be counted, however you do not need to use the entitlements on your first day, you are able to use those entitlements whenever you would like throughout your vacation.

I hope that helps Sara.  Please let me know if you need further clarification or if you have any other questions.  I would be happy to help!
