I wanted 4 tickets to Disneyland on 6/29/21 & the only option was to buy park hoppers tix to CA Adventure 1st. So I got those. Then, park hoppers tix to Disneyland 1st became available. I hit cancel on the 1st 4 tix but was still charged. What to do?

    Hey Jody

    Welcome to planDisney

You must be really excited for your visit to the Happiest Place on Earth! I am always really happy when I hear that guests purchased Park-Hopper Tickets. With how close Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are to each other, it makes park hopping a breeze! So if you’re coming off of Space Mountain in Tomorrowland and feel like visiting the all new Avengers Campus, it's so easy to do so!

I am sorry to hear about the trouble you are having with your tickets. I am glad you were able to get Park Hopper Tickets to start at Disneyland Park. Tickets for Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park are non-refundable. It sounds like there may have been some sort of error so I recommend you call Ticket Services so a Cast Member can assist you with this issue.

Well Jody, if you need anything else before your trip please come back and let us know.

Remember, always believe in the Magic!
