Welcome to planDisney, Kevin! Thanks for stopping by with your question about one of my favorite topics - snacking around the Walt Disney World Resort! With so many sweet and savory options at the parks and resorts, you're sure to find something to delight your taste buds no matter where you are!
Kevin, I may have some good news for you: I visited
Blue Ribbon Corn Dogs on
Disney's BoardWalk this past weekend, and the giant mozzarella stick was still available and posted on the menu! While offerings are always subject to change, if this snack is at the top of your list, I'd definitely take time to stop by the BoardWalk during your visit this summer to see if you can still purchase it for your daughter!
In the event you don't make it over to the BoardWalk, or find that the mozzarella stick is not available,
Tony's Town Square does offer a delicious alternative. While they don't offer takeout options or
mobile ordering at this table-service restaurant, you can always opt to reserve a table and just order the mozzarella sticks (or maybe combine them with a few additional appetizers!) to enjoy instead of a full meal. One of my favorite tips for this restaurant is to reserve a table in the late afternoon and request to be seated on the patio to watch
Disney's Festival of Fantasy Parade come down Main Street, U.S.A. It's a great way to have a midday break and enjoy the parade set back from the crowds!
Kevin, I hope this helps! And I hope you'll be able to share that giant mozzarella stick with your daughter during your visit! If you need something sweet after, grab a dessert from the
Cake Bake Shop Bakery (they offer a walk-through side to grab a dessert to go!) If you have any other questions we can help with, come on back to
planDisney and let us know! We're always hungry for more magic!
See you real soon,
Alison
