    Hi there, I just wanted to make sure that I did everything correct when purchasing my ticket for 2 people park hopper in December. Can you please help?

    Hi there, Mariela!

    Welcome to planDisney and thanks for asking such a great question! It looks like you're wanting to visit the Disneyland Resort right in the middle of the festive Holiday Season. It's such a beautiful time to visit the Parks and the decorations are absolutely spectacular! The Cast Members go all out to get everyone into the spirit of the Season. Although I can't go into your account and verify that you've purchased your tickets correctly, I can go over the typical process that guests go through when buying tickets.

    1. Go to the Disneyland website and sign into your Disneyland account
    2. Navigate to Theme Park Tickets to select your tickets. You'll first select the number of days you would like (up to five) and then the number of tickets you'll need. Next, you'll be given the choice between a One Park per Day or a Park Hopper Ticket. In your case, you should have selected Park Hopper.
    3. On the next screen, you'll select the dates for your visit and the starting Park for each day. Since you've selected Park Hopper Tickets, you'll be able to begin Park Hopping after 11 a.m. each day. This step will automatically book reservations under your account.
    4. Finally, you'll be given the option to add Genie+ to the length of your tickets and Parking privileges during your visit. 

    If you followed the above steps, you should be fine. You can always check your tickets and reservations to see if they are what you had originally intended to get. To do this, go to Tickets and Reservation Details and select "Make or Modify Park Reservations." If you did everything correctly, you should see your reservations on the next screen. Double check that the dates and starting Parks are correct and that both tickets are present. If they are not correct, you can try to "Modify Reservation" to change dates. If you don't see anything, try clicking on "Book Theme Park Reservation" and you'll be taken to the date selection screen if there are tickets with open reservations available in your account. If you still require assistance, please call a Cast Member at the Tickets Guest line and they will happily troubleshoot for you.

    During your visit, check out the Festive Foods Marketplace in Disney California Adventure. If you want a really special look at the Holidays at Disneyland Park, consider the Holiday Time at the Disneyland Resort Guided Tour which will give you access to "it's a small world" Holiday and a reserved viewing spot for A Christmas Fantasy Parade
