I wanted a Star Wars behind the scene or private tour suggestions for my family of 5. We are all Star Wars fans but can't afford the 2 night galatica stay. Is there a really exciting Star Wars tour we could do instead and how much does it cost?

Hi Andrew! Welcome to planDisney! It's so great to have you stop by!

By the looks of it, you are set to take off and arrive on the planet of Batuu this coming October! Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge is a fascinating land built for Guests just like yourself! It's incredibly immersive and will keep you engaged with every turn you make. Disney Imagineers surely outdid themselves again!

While there is no dedicated tour specifically related to Star Wars, there is plenty to do on your own that will put you directly in the middle of the story! Before your visit, make reservations at Savi's Workshop to build your own Lightsabers and also at Droid Depot to build your own custom droid. You can split up your family here depending on which of these activities is more interesting to each of them. Also, make an Advanced Dining Reservation to Oga's Cantina to enjoy their delicious and interactive drinks. The theming here is incredible and a can't miss on this day!

I suggest starting your day by making an Individual Lightning Lane purchase to ride Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. This way you won't need to take time out of your day to wait in a long line. Then when you arrive at Disney's Hollywood Studios, head back to Galaxy's Edge and hop in line for Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run. You can start your day piloting the Millennium Falcon itself! Be sure to stop by the Milk Stand thereafter to pick your color, either the blue or green milk. Then stop by one of the fantastic quick-service dining locations located here. Ronto Roasters and Docking Bay 7 Food and Cargo are great options for dining at any time of the day.

Andrew, you'll be able to fill an entire day on your own exploring everything this land has to offer. By making the reservations ahead of time, you'll be able to fit in every experience that Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge has to offer.

May the force be with you!
