Hello, Nancy!
Happy birthday to your son! And a
very merry unbirthday to you!
As you are aware, Guests of the Disneyland Resort theme parks must have both valid theme park admission and a
theme park reservation for each day of their visit. Because the number of theme park reservations for each day is limited, you may find days that are not available at any given moment.
One of the best ways to find theme park reservations is to simply keep checking the
theme park availability calendar. Because Guest plans may change, cancellations may free up reservations for you. In the past few minutes, I have noticed reservations for March 9th appear. But you may also need to act fast when availability comes up.
Another approach is to check different ticket types. For example, at this time, I’ve noticed March 9th availability fluctuating for
1 Park Per Day Ticket Guests. But availability for
Park Hopper Ticket Guests has remained consistently available as I’ve been checking it. Note that both
standard theme park tickets and the
Southern California Residents 3-Day, Weekday Ticket promotional tickets use the same reservation availability calendar.
Tony’s Tip: The Southern California Residents tickets don’t expire until May 26, 2022. Regular multi-day tickets
expire no later than 13 days after their first use. But the current Southern California promotional tickets can be used over three different days that are spread out over the next few months. It’s a great way to spread the magic of visiting the Disneyland Resort. This flexibility also allows later reservations to be canceled and rebooked if plans change.
I wish your son the
most magical birthday possible while visiting the Disneyland Resort. Be sure to pick up a complimentary birthday button at your earliest convenience during your visit on the 9th.
See ya real soon!
