Howdy, Jaelyn!
Thanks for giddying up to planDisney to ask me this question.
Roundup Rodeo BBQ is one of my family’s favorite restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort. Of all of the table-service dining experiences, I believe we’ve had the most repeat visits at this unique Toy Story Land watering hole. You, too, will love being shrunk down to the size of a toy and chowing down on some of the best barbecue on property.
First things first, you will be served up a ton of food at the Roundup Rodeo BBQ. From the Prospector’s Homemade Cheddar Biscuits to the large platter of meats (or plant-based options), you will more than likely feel stuffed toward the end of your meal. This restaurant is a family-style All-You-Care-To-Enjoy restaurant, so you won’t be able to box up your leftovers. I once had an unusual situation at another family-style restaurant when my husband, who wasn’t feeling well, couldn’t eat a bite of food. In that situation, we politely asked a Cast Member if we could take a small box to go and we were obliged. But please do not bet on that being the case every time.
AN EXTRA GEM: If you’d rather eat at a Disney’s Hollywood Studios restaurant where you can take your leftovers to go, I recommend visiting
The Hollywood Brown Derby or
Mama Melrose’s Ristorante Italiano. And if you’d like a quick-service Toy Story Land option, march over to
Woody’s Lunch Box across from Slinky Dog Dash.
Jaelyn, if you have any additional questions about your upcoming adventure to Andy’s Backyard (and beyond!),
revisit us here at planDisney. You’ve got a friend in me!
Magic always,
LeAndra
