Hi Nancy! You will be happy to find out that Disney Cruise Line can accommodate several special dietary needs and food allergies. In the case of food allergies there are specific procedures in place to prevent cross contamination. Be sure to note any special dietary restrictions and/or food allergies at the time of booking your cruise reservation. When completing the medical information form don't forget to note any food allergies, if any, prior to cruising. Once onboard your dining room Head Server will go over all items on the menu that are safe for your husband to consume. The Chef will also come out and discuss any concerns you may have regarding your husband's dietary needs. My child has a peanut allergy and I absolutely love sailing with Disney Cruise Line. I know my entire family can enjoy an amazing culinary experience aboard any Disney ship. So go ahead and book your Disney Cruise! Please let me know if I may be able to assist you with any other questions. Bon Voyage!
