Hi, I just wanted to know if it's true that there is a secret Mickey on each of the attractions to find. We were at the LA Disney a couple of years ago and didn't know about it. Arriving in Orlando on Sunday from Australia. Thanks..

Sylvia, I am so excited you are coming from New South Wales to visit Walt Disney World! In just a few days your family is going to have a blast zooming down Space Mountain, eating Mickey ice cream, and singing along to "it's a small world". About the eleventh hour of your flight you might need to remind yourself of all the fun ahead.

Hidden Mickeys abound in the theme parks and resorts in WDW. During the creation of Epcot, Imagineers were told no characters were to be included in the new park. Mickey and Minnie, the big wigs thought, belonged only in the Magic Kingdom. Imagineers disagreed with this thinking and slipped hidden Mickeys into the design of the park. Now these three circle silhouettes may be discovered on attractions, cruise ships, resorts, and more. Apps, books, and websites are dedicated to the mouse's secret spots. Check out the nonDisney website Hidden Mickey Guy as a starting guide on your quest to discover these subtle images. Cast Members are also a good source for hints and tips. My family has had a lot of fun searching for these tricky guys on our trips to WDW.

    Enjoy your Hidden Mickey hunts!
