Hi, I wanted to know if it's possible to change the ticket used to make a reservation w/ocanceling since the day is no longer available. I reserved w/ a hopper but don't intend to hop & would like to use a 1day 1park ticket instead. Thanks!

Hey There, Hi There, Ho There, Elizabeth!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED you stopped by, and we are excited to answer your question regarding your upcoming trip to the Disneyland Resort!

I know you are SO excited Mickey Mouse and his pals have opened up the gates to the Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park! I can't WAIT for you to see and experience these two TIGGER-ific theme parks VERY SOON! WOO HOO!

    Now, to answer your question...

As I was doing research for you, I read on the Disneyland Theme Park Reservation System web page that Disneyland Theme Park Reservations cannot be modified. They can only be cancelled by visiting My Theme Park Reservations through your My Disneyland Account. You will then be required to make another Disneyland Theme Park Reservation. Since reservations are full for the specific day you plan to attend at this time, you will unfortunately lose your reservation.

As more and more TIGGER-ific information is shared about the phased reopening of the Disneyland Resort, I would highly recommend following Disneyland on all of its social media channels and subscribing to The Disney Parks Blog for the most up-to-date Disney information!

I hope this helps you in your planning! If you have other questions, please do not hesitate to ask! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!

    Wes
