I wanted to know what is the peak season, and when is it less crowded and cooler.

    Hi Tina!

Generally speaking, the least crowded time to visit Walt Disney World Resort is when school age children are in school.  The most crowded times are around holidays and during the summer months.

Personally, I think October, November except for Thanksgiving week, the first two weeks of December, January except for Martin Luther King Weekend, and February except for President's Day Weekend are a great time to visit.

For detailed information on the expected crowds in the parks, I recommend visiting the independent website TouringPlans.com.  That's the website for the research team for the "Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World".  Their crowd calendar indicates the expected crowds in the various Walt Disney World theme parks.  Their recommendations are based on a lot of math and years of collected data.  As an engineer, I'm a huge fan of their work.

Enjoy planning your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
