Hi I wanted to know if the green card counts as an id because my cousin lost her license and they gave her an appointment but it’s after the trip we have scheduled.

    Hello there Bryan!

Welcome to planDisney! I absolutely love the planning process of a Disney vacation, so I am thrilled to be answering your question today. Tickets can be tricky, but we are in this together!

Florida Resident park tickets do need proof of residence to be activated. This proof of residency can either be shown at a Guest Relations window at the main entrance of any of the four parks or uploaded online when you purchase your tickets by filling out the "Your Florida Resident Information" form. Valid forms of identification include a valid Florida driver's license, a valid Florida state-issued ID card with a Florida address, or a valid Florida-based military ID.

However, if you do not have any of these options, you can also provide proof of current mortgage, bills or mail no more than two months old. Bills can include current homeowners insurance, current automobile insurance registration or bills, or current utility bills. As for mail, it can be mail from financial institutions or mail from federal, state, county or city government agencies. Electronic versions of bills and statements are also accepted. If you have any more questions, you can also reach out to a Guest Relations Cast Member by chat, email or phone to find the type of identification that works best for your cousin.

I hope this was helpful, Bryan, and I hope that you and your cousin can visit the theme parks real soon. There's no better time to visit the parks than during The World's Most Magical Celebration!

Have a magical day and don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions, we are always happy to help.
