I wanted to know if there are fireworks every night in all the the parks? Because I am trying to plan my schedule but I don't want to miss the fireworks. Thank so much

    Hi Sonia!

In my opinion the best park to see fireworks is the Magic Kingdom. Wishes is an absolutely beautiful fireworks display that is shown most every night. Usually the only nights that Wishes isn't shown is on nights when there are special events like the Halloween and Christmas parties. In these cases there are still fireworks, but they are slightly different.

Epcot also has a nightly fireworks show called Illuminations. A large portion of this show is on the water of the World Showcase lagoon and involves lasers and a huge globe that glides on the water. There is music and a story that goes along with this show that can be very moving.

Hollywood Studios has a nighttime show a few days a week called Fantasmic!. This show is held in an amphitheater and tells the story of  what happens when Mickey has a dream that turns into a nightmare. Lots of Disney characters appear and there are some fireworks involved.

There are no fireworks at Animal Kingdom out of concern for the animals.

In all cases check the calendars on the Disney website to look at the scheduled events for your specific dates. As always, all shows and times are subject to change so be sure to confirm them once you arrive at Disney World.

    Enjoy your vacation!
