Mario from AZ Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hello, I wanted to know how far in advance do I have to change my reservation date?

    Hey there Mario!

Welcome to planDisney! I see that you were planning to visit the Disneyland Resort last week. I hope you had a blast! I still want to make sure you get an answer about theme park reservations so that you can stay informed for any future visits that you may be dreaming of.

Mario, the reservation system to enter the park allows guests to cancel their reservations up until the clock strikes midnight the evening before their visit. You can do this by going to My Theme Park Reservations and click on the "Cancel Reservation" link.

Before I cancel a reservation, I make sure to check the availability calendar to make sure that a future date that I’m interested in is also available. I’m definitely not like Queen Elsa, because I wouldn't want to be left out in the cold!

I hope you found this information helpful, Mario. If you come across any planning questions for your future plans at Disneyland, please come back and visit us. We're always excited to share what we know about how to make your visit practically perfect in every way!

Wishing you a magical new year,
