Hi there Jazmin,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you for your question! I'm thrilled to hear you're planning a trip to the Disneyland Resort in sunny California. I hope you're ready to make new magical memories!
I certainly understand that plans and party members can change when planning a trip to the Happiest Place on Earth. Luckily, the name that you see attached to your standard
theme park tickets does not lock that person in as the one who has to actually use that ticket. Instead, it's more of a way to help you keep your tickets organized.
When you first arrive to a park at the beginning of your trip, the Cast Member at the entry gate will scan each party member's ticket and then take a quick photo of them, which will be associated with their ticket for the duration of its use. It's this photo that will then determine who then has to use that ticket for its duration.
However, if it would be helpful for your organization to get the names changed on the tickets, you can certainly do that as well! To do this, you'll need to
call a Cast Member at the Tickets line who can help you get those names changed for each ticket. In case the link I provided didn't work, that phone is +1 (714) 781-4636 to reach a Cast Member.
Thanks again for your question, Jazmin! I hope you have a wonderful visit to the Happiest Place on Earth.
Have a Magical Day,
Greg
